MEMBERS’ QUESTIONNAIRES 

We use members’ questionnaires as an ongoing piece of research. It is important to Neuro Central that we are recognised as a listening organisation which responds to the needs and wishes of our members. In this way, we aim to make Neuro Central an important and relevant support to people affected by neurological conditions. 

In December 2020, we were severely restricted in our activities by the Covid pandemic. Like many other organisations, we came to rely on Zoom video conferencing to hold meetings and keep our members both informed and entertained. We were concerned that many of them did not feel able to join in this way and we wanted to find out why and how we might improve the situation. These are the results of a survey we carried out then and subsequently followed up.
