OUR Regular SESSIONS

We meet in Stirling, Auchterarder and Perth. Drop in for a chat / coffee / tea / cake. There’s also massage or reflexology but spaces are limited so it is first come, first serve. 

We look forward to meeting you! However, we are concerned to keep our members safe at these meetings. Since they tend to have conditions that can make them vulnerable to viruses, we ask you to take appropriate precautions to protect both yourself and others at the meeting. In particular, if you don't feel well, please stay at home.
