Members’ Testimonials

At our first 2024 meeting in February at Stirling County Cricket Club, we asked our members to give us some feedback on how we did during 2023. Many thanks to all those who responded. We were delighted to receive a lot of positive feedback which makes what we so so much more worthwhile. Comments ranged from a few words to a detailed critique. To pick just one of the shorter ones:
“Neuro Central is really good for sharing problems. I feel supported in both mental and physical health.”

You can read all the feedback here.

“I have learned a lot from various talks we have had from C.A.B.; Benefits help; NSH Alfy; Anticipatory Care nurse; Relaxation therapists; Crafts; Disability Sports representative talk; taster sessions for massage. Introduced to other helpful agencies etc. Meeting other people who share their helpful tips etc. to cope with NHS & benefits agencies. Friendship.”

  1. I can talk to people with similar problems without feeling or make them to feel uncomfortable because they understand.

  2. Therapies provide are targeted to each individual’s needs and have made fantastic difference to my pain and movement,

  3. The guest speakers have all been brilliant and cover a wide range of both informative”

“I’d like to thank the Neuro Central team for the meeting this evening in Auchterarder. I very much enjoyed the informative talk, massage, coffee and cake, and the opportunity to chat to others in the group.

Neuro Central has helped me in many ways I haven’t been going long but was instantly made to feel very welcome. Everyone involved from the organisers to the participants are just so lovely and friendly I always come away with a warm glow (not just from the coffee and cake!) and the therapies on offer are really helpful. “Support Groups” as such are not really my thing but this is always such a positive place and the invited speakers deal with varied subjects that can be very helpful. Ang having a good natter and a laugh…”
