Volunteering

Neuro Central would not be able to operate without our volunteers. They are an invaluable part of our team who assist the trustees to run the charity. We also have volunteers who assist at our members’ sessions and help with fundraising and other events.

Are you interested in helping those with a neurological condition? Many hands make light work, so why not contact Neuro Central and join a friendly team of volunteers supporting our members? We have several opportunities available to suit a variety of skills and talents.

If you are interested, please email us at hello@neurocentral.org.uk. We will then contact you to discuss how you can help us.

You are welcome to help for as little or as much of your time as you can spare.

Why not try a taster session before you commit? You are welcome to attend one of our member sessions in Stirling or Auchterarder to see who we are and what we do.

Our approach to Volunteering is guided by our Volunteering Policy. You can download a copy here.

Volunteering Opportunities

General Volunteering in Stirling

We have two meetings each month at Stirling County Cricket Club on the first and third Monday of the month (except July, August and January). They last for two hours from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and are mainly social events for members to meet up and have a therapy. We need volunteers to help with setting up the room, serve refreshments, and clear and wash up afterwards. And there’s usually time for a chat with some of our lovely members. If you think you could spare the time to join our team and help us, please in the first instance email us at hello@neurocentral.org.uk
